Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy with 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience to drive our talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment efforts.

In this pivotal remote role, you will leverage advanced Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter to design proactive sourcing strategies (50%), manage seamless interview scheduling and coordination (25%), and lead selective full-cycle recruitment (25%) for key positions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing and pipeline development.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings to identify and engage passive talent.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills for coordinating multi-stage interview schedules.
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting for personalized candidate engagement messages.
• Commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into every stage of the talent acquisition lifecycle.
• Experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse strongly preferred).
• Prior experience sourcing technical candidates or working within the non-profit sector is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Identify, map, and engage top-tier passive candidates using advanced sourcing methods (Boolean logic, X-ray searches, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams for a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of priority requisitions from intake through offer negotiation.
• Build long-term, inclusive candidate talent pools to support hiring goals.
• Advise hiring managers on candidate profiles, market intelligence, and interview best practices.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline metrics in the ATS with accurate reporting.
