Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote, full-time role. You will design proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter, manage interview scheduling, and lead selective full-cycle recruitment for priority roles.

You’ll build diverse pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a high-quality candidate journey across a national remote program. Minimum 2–5 years in talent acquisition is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing success.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills for multi-stage interviews.
• Ability to build diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing to identify top passive candidates across hard-to-fill tech and nonprofit roles.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for prioritized requisitions from intake to offer.
• Build long-term, inclusive candidate pools to support growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to align profiles, share market intel, and guide interview practices.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and reporting in the ATS.
