Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy to lead proactive sourcing, coordination, and selective recruitment in a remote capacity. You will design sourcing strategies, manage interview logistics, and drive end-to-end recruitment for key roles, building diverse candidate pipelines and a strong candidate journey.

The role emphasizes advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency, and collaboration with hiring managers to align profiles with market needs

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings.
• Ability to manage multi-stage interview schedules seamlessly.
• Commitment to embedding diversity, equity, and inclusion in the lifecycle.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
• Experience sourcing technical candidates or in the non-profit sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify and engage passive candidates, especially in hard-to-fill technical/non-profit roles.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams for a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain long-term, inclusive candidate talent pools.
• Consult with hiring managers to calibrate profiles and share market insights.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and ATS metrics for reporting.
