Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a remote Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy with 2–5 years in talent acquisition to drive proactive sourcing, interview coordination, and selective recruitment for key roles.

You will build diverse talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles, and ensure a positive candidate journey using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and an ATS (Greenhouse preferred). This is a full-time remote role with a focus on DEI throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search for passive talent
• Strong organizational and calendar management with multi-stage interviews
• Excellent writing for personalized candidate outreach and messaging
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion across recruiting workflows
• Experience building diverse candidate pipelines and reporting in an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing using Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter for hard-to-fill roles
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offers
• Build long-term inclusive candidate pipelines to support hiring goals
• Consult with hiring managers on profiles, market data, and interview practices
• Maintain candidate data integrity and ATS metrics for reporting
