Job summary

Per Scholas seeks a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy to drive talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment in a remote capacity. You will design proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter, manage interview scheduling, and lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles.

You will also build diverse pipelines and advise hiring teams on best practices to align with our mission.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in talent acquisition or related roles
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strings
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills
• Excellent written communication and outreach copywriting
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers
• Experience with modern ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
• Experience sourcing technical candidates or in non-profit recruiting is preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates, focusing on technical and non-profit roles.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offer negotiation.
• Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines aligned with organizational needs.
• Partner with internal hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and share market insights.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting within the ATS.
