Qualifications

• 2–5 years in talent acquisition or sourcing.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
• Excellent outreach copywriting and candidate communication.
• Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in all steps.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive sourcing using Boolean logic, X-ray searches, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Own interview scheduling and logistics across teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions.
• Nurture long-term, diverse candidate pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and market insights.
