Job summary

Per Scholas is seeking a Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy to drive proactive sourcing, interview coordination, and selective recruitment for high‑impact roles in a nationwide remote setup.

With 2–5 years in talent acquisition and expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and Greenhouse, you will build diverse talent pools, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a fair, inclusive candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to engage passive talent
• Strong organizational skills and experience coordinating multi‑stage interviews
• Excellent written communication and diversity, equity, and inclusion mindset

Responsibilities

• Source and map top passive candidates using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across hiring teams
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offers
• Build diverse candidate pipelines to support growth and DEI goals
• Partner with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and market data
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and ensure smooth recruitment workflows
