Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy with 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience to drive talent discovery, candidate coordination, and selective recruitment efforts in a fully remote capacity.

In this role you will design proactive sourcing strategies with Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, manage interview scheduling, and lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions, building diverse, high-quality pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Strong calendar management and interview coordination.
• Excellent outreach copywriting for candidate engagement.
• Dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS preferred.
• Experience sourcing technical candidates or in the non-profit sector preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute advanced sourcing using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter to engage passive candidates.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across hiring teams.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions.
• Build diverse candidate pipelines to support growth.
• Advise hiring managers on profiles, market intel, and interview best practices.
• Maintain candidate data and pipeline metrics in the ATS.
