Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy in a remote role. You will leverage advanced Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter to build proactive sourcing strategies, manage interview scheduling across teams, and lead end-to-end recruitment for priority roles.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings.
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills.
• Strong written communication and outreach copywriting.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in TA lifecycle.
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and partners.

Responsabilités

• Execute advanced sourcing methodologies to identify and engage passive candidates (50%).
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across hiring teams (25%).
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offers (25%).
• Proactively build long-term, inclusive candidate pools for expansion.
• Guide interview practices with hiring managers and mitigate bias.
