Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote-capable, full-time role. The position emphasizes advanced Boolean sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of priority hires.

The role requires 2–5 years of talent acquisition experience, passion for DEI, strong written communication, and the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of talent acquisition experience with proactive sourcing
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings
• Organizational, administrative, and calendar management skills
• Strong written communication and outreach copywriting
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruiting
• Experience building relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
• Experience navigating modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing methods to identify passive candidates, with emphasis on hard-to-fill roles (50%)
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling and logistics across hiring teams (25%)
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority requisitions from intake to offer (25%)
• Build long-term diverse candidate pools to support hiring goals
• Consult with hiring managers to calibrate candidate profiles and market insights
• Maintain candidate data integrity and pipeline metrics in the ATS
