Per Scholas is seeking a results-driven Manager, Talent Sourcing & Strategy for a remote, full-time role. You will design proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean logic and LinkedIn Recruiter, manage interview scheduling, and lead selective full-cycle recruitment for key positions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in talent acquisition or similar roles.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to identify passive candidates.
• Strong organizational and calendar management to coordinate multi-stage interviews.
• Excellent written communication for engagement messages.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.
• Ability to collaborate with internal managers and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple teams for timely feedback.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for prioritized requisitions from intake to offer.
• Build and nurture diverse candidate pipelines to support growth.
• Partner with hiring managers to align candidate profiles and market insights.
• Maintain data integrity in the ATS and generate recruitment metrics.
