Republic Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions. You will build relationships with Hiring Managers, HR teams, and external sources to identify and recruit top talent across levels.

You will implement creative sourcing strategies, deliver offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client groups in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• High energy and passion for recruiting.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions.
• Source candidates using traditional and non-traditional methods.
• Engage candidates and manage a positive candidate experience.
• Provide feedback to hiring managers on process and fit.
• Deliver and negotiate employment offers.
• Maintain requisition and applicant activity tracking.
• Support recruiting events and university partnerships as needed.
