Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years recruiting, sourcing or HR experience.
• Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing and recruiting through an applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• High-energy, people-loving recruiter with strong independence and teamwork.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments with strong organizational skills.
• Strong PC skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates full-cycle recruiting for open positions, including interviewing and selection.
• Sources candidates via traditional and non-traditional channels and networking.
• Manages candidate engagement and provides a positive candidate experience.
• Follows up with candidates and hiring managers for feedback on process and fit.
• Delivers and negotiates employment offers.
• Maintains tracking system of requisitions and applicant activity.
• Represents the company at universities, events, and community groups to raise awareness.
• Develops networks through industry contacts, university relations, and trade groups.
• Complies with company policies and procedures related to sourcing and recruitment.
