Republic Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition (Field) to lead nationwide field recruiting strategy and execution for 30,000+ positions.

You will develop the long-term TA roadmap, drive operational excellence, and partner with Operations, HR, and executives on workforce planning to ensure uninterrupted service delivery across the enterprise. You will manage a large team of TA leaders and recruiters, own key hiring metrics, and use analytics to influence enterprise hiring

• Proven ability to lead enterprise recruiting strategies in complex, high-volume environments.
• Strong leadership with accountability for performance and outcomes.
• Expertise using workforce data to drive strategy and decisions.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across HR and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead long-term field recruiting strategy aligned to workforce planning and growth.
• Develop and coach a high-performing TA organization.
• Build scalable recruiting infrastructure for large-scale field hiring.
• Align TA strategies with business demand and service levels.
• Partner with Operations to forecast workforce gaps and staffing needs.
• Own core recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and quality of hire.
• Advise on labor market trends and competitive recruiting dynamics.
• Drive data-driven optimization of recruiting processes and candidate experience.
