You will collaborate with university relations, community groups, and other sources to maximize recruiting opportunities while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting client groups in a Fortune 500 corporate environment.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Strong PC skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions and assist managers in candidate identification and selection.
• Engage with candidates using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods to build a strong talent pool.
• Deliver offers, maintain candidate and requisition tracking, and communicate feedback to hiring managers.
