Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting, sourcing or HR experience.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and develop sourcing plans.
• Source active and passive candidates using traditional and non-traditional channels.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting including interviewing and selection.
• Engage candidates and provide a positive experience with timely communications.
• Deliver and negotiate employment offers and manage candidate feedback.
