Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting for open positions.
• Source and engage candidates using traditional and creative methods.
• Manage candidate engagement and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Deliver and negotiate job offers.
• Track requisitions and candidate activity.
• Support recruiting events and university outreach.
• Develop networks with industry and universities to expand resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
