Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in the United States to lead full-cycle sourcing and recruitment for assigned requisitions, partnering with Hiring Managers and HR to build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will develop creative sourcing strategies, manage candidate engagement, deliver offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience while complying with employment laws. This role also involves networking and coordinating with external search firms as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting, sourcing or human resource experience.
• At least 2 years of experience working with an applicant tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to identify hiring needs and plan sourcing strategies.
• Source active and passive candidates using traditional and non-traditional methods.
• Coordinate full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and selection.
• Engage candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Follow up with managers for feedback on process and fit.
• Deliver and negotiate employment offers.
