Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to attract and secure top talent across its diverse business segments.

You will own end-to-end recruiting for multiple sites, partnering with hiring managers to shape roles and candidate profiles, while building strong pipelines and enhancing Sabre’s employer brand. The role requires a consultative mindset, action bias, and success recruiting for professional and skilled trades roles in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in production or skilled trades/manufacturing.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for multiple segments and sites.
• Calibrate role requirements and candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Develop pipelines for critical roles and maintain employer branding.
