Job summary

Sabre Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across diverse business segments. You will attract, engage, and secure top talent while shaping the candidate experience and employer brand at every touchpoint.

The ideal candidate brings a consultative mindset, action bias, and success recruiting for professional and skilled trades roles in multi-site environments. Strong communication and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across production & skilled trades/manufacturing roles.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter; Boolean search skills.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws (EEOC, OFCCP, ADA) and AAP compliance.
• Ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (15-25+ reqs) with quality and stakeholder care.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present data and market insights to leaders.
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data tracking).
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% for site visits, career fairs, and events.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, and networks to build pipelines.
• Develop talent pools for critical positions to reduce time-to-fill across multiple segments.
• Partner with marketing/HR to strengthen Sabre's employer brand and candidate value proposition.
• Own end-to-end recruiting process for assigned requisitions across sites and functions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Build relationships with site managers and HR partners across segments; consult on job descriptions and interview design.
• Provide pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
