The role covers end-to-end sales cycles, recruitment of partners, and market insight to guide product roadmaps.

The position is full-time and virtual; travel to customer sites and events is expected. The company emphasizes collaboration with product, engineering, and program teams to fuel growth and market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a relevant field; 7 years of related experience.
• Approximately 50% travel to client sites, partner locations, and industry events.
• Strong grounding in consultative/solution sales and channel partner ecosystem development.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales pipeline management tools and practices.
• Occasional evenings or weekend work to support trade shows and partner events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target accounts to validate market fit and generate early demand.
• Own the direct selling process from discovery through negotiation and contract execution.
• Recruit and enable channel partners; onboard and train referral partners, resellers, or systems integrators.
• Develop partner models including referral fees, revenue sharing, and co-marketing programs.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform product development and roadmap planning.
• Conduct customer discovery conversations and on-site visits to translate needs into actionable input for product.
