Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience required.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing or warehouse operations preferred.
• Strong client-facing experience and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to meet client profiles.
• Manage client relationships with timely, professional communication.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and align expectations.
• Follow the client recruitment process for delivery and candidate shortlisting.
• Maintain applicant tracking system accuracy and recruitment process metrics.
