Job summary

Korn Ferry is a global consulting firm seeking a Recruiter to build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment delivery. This role focuses on high-touch candidate relationship management and client-facing activities, serving as the subject matter expert in ATS, sourcing methodologies, and recruitment effectiveness.

The Recruiter will source, screen, assess, and market candidates to clients, following the client recruitment process and delivering high-quality recruitment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in Manufacturing or warehousing/fulfillment operations.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience throughout the recruitment process.
• 3+ years of experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to meet client profiles and build talent pools.
• Manage client relationships in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in recruitment processes and strategies.
• Conduct role briefings with clients and set expectations for the recruitment process.
• Follow the agreed client recruitment process for delivery.
• Identify and differentiate candidates during shortlisting and presentation.
• Manage candidate relationships throughout the process.
• Effectively communicate job opportunities and client value propositions.
