Job summary

Korn Ferry, headquartered in Los Angeles and operating in Houston, is seeking a Hybrid Talent Acquisition Manager to lead day‑to‑day recruitment for a major client. You will oversee the customized RPO, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure high‑quality hires that align with client goals.

You will manage a small team of recruiters, collaborate with stakeholders, and continuously improve processes, metrics, and reporting to sustain client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting and industry practices.
• Experience recruiting tech roles (networking, software engineering, etc).

Responsibilities

• Create and execute project work plans and define responsibilities.
• Maintain awareness of sourcing strategies and client needs.
• Review deliverables and manage project risks with stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate recruiting teams to meet client goals.
• Manage client relationships and communicate project status.
• Track hours and expenses and support scope changes.
