Korn Ferry is seeking an Associate Recruiter to build strong candidate pipelines and manage sourcing strategies for RPO/Project clients. The position requires solid experience in recruitment processes, sourcing methods, and interview techniques while maintaining professional relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing experience.
• 1+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies including market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches.
• 1+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience.
• 1+ years of client facing experience with Hiring Managers during recruitment.
• 1+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews.

Responsibilities

• Works with Business Partners to align sourcing activities with workforce plans and recruitment needs.
• Identifies channels and strategies to source candidates matching client requirements.
• Defines and helps implement sourcing strategy for building talent pools of specific profiles.
• Develops and optimizes sourcing channels to improve quantity and quality of client talent pools.
• Provides proactive customer service and coaching to team members.
