Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team, partnering with IT hiring managers to source, screen, and present top candidates while building a diverse talent pipeline and mentoring others.

You will shape recruiting strategy, support HR policies, and ensure an exceptional experience for managers and candidates. This remote role involves national scope, collaboration with vendors, and multi-channel outreach to attract high-impact talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment or equivalent mix of corporate and agency recruiting.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Familiarity with HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws/regulations.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading expectations with HR and business leadership.
• Commitment to compliance and ethical recruiting practices.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and craft TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels to build diverse pipelines.
• Plan for future staffing needs and build high-quality candidate pools ahead of postings.
• Lead special TA projects (systems maintenance, bespoke reporting, internship programs).
• Market Navitus to candidates by communicating mission, priorities, and value proposition.
• Utilize social media, boards, and external outlets to raise awareness and attract talent.
• Provide interview guides to managers and help gain buy-in for structured processes.
• Support development and refinement of the organization’s TA strategy.
• Consult with HR and hiring managers on offers and alignment with standard practices.
