Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full lifecycle recruiting for information technology roles. You will partner with managers to build diverse pipelines, screen top candidates, and mentor the TA team.

The role emphasizes multi-channel sourcing and a strategic approach to hiring, with collaboration across HR, compensation, and vendors. In this fast-moving environment, you’ll lead special TA projects, craft effective interview guides, and shape the talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment or equivalent mix of corporate and agency recruiting
• Knowledge of recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates
• Knowledge of HR programs, policies, laws and regulations
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience liaising with HR and business leadership
• Compliance program participation and adherence

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and create tailored TA strategies
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse talent pipeline
• Forecast future needs and build high-quality candidate pipelines ahead of postings
• Lead special TA projects such as TA systems maintenance or boutique programs
• Market the company’s mission and EVP to potential candidates
• Utilize social media and job boards to raise organizational awareness
• Advise managers on interview guides and gain buy-in for use
• Contribute to TA strategy development and adjustment
• Coordinate offers with HR and compensation to ensure alignment with policy
• Liaise with vendors and staffing agencies to ensure contract compliance
• Perform other duties as needed
