Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role focuses on partnering with IT hiring managers to craft multi-channel recruitment strategies, source top candidates, and improve the overall candidate experience.

You will mentor on talent strategies and help shape recruiting policies across the organization. You will manage complex searches, lead special TA projects, and collaborate with HR, compensation, and external agencies to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience leading high-level partners in HR and business leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs and define job specifications.
• Source and screen candidates via external recruiting sources and build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Plan for future needs by building pipelines for critical roles in advance of postings.
• Lead special TA projects such as systems maintenance and bespoke reporting.
• Market Navitus to candidates highlighting the company’s mission and value proposition.
• Support interview guides and hiring decisions with managers and HR partners.
• Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure compliance with policies.
