Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead multi-channel recruitment for our IT teams. You will source, screen, and present top candidates while mentoring the TA team and shaping recruitment strategy to support business growth.

You’ll partner with HR and managers to optimize processes, ensure compliance, and deliver a superior candidate experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Experience with HR programs, policies, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify needs and develop TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through external channels to build a diverse pipeline.
• Provide interview guides and support to ensure effective candidate selection.
• Contribute to TA strategy development and recruitment policy documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors/agencies and ensure contract compliance.
