Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience leading expectations of senior partners in HR and business leadership.
• Ability to collaborate with HR colleagues and hiring managers on offers and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to identify personnel needs, job specs, duties, and skills.
• Source and screen candidates via external sources and build a diverse pipeline.
• Develop and maintain TA strategies and support vendor relationships as needed.
• Provide interview guides and assist in offer decisions with HR teams.
• Support TA systems maintenance, reporting, and special programs (e.g., Intern program).
• Market Navitus to attract talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
