• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to identify personnel needs and develop TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels to build a diverse pipeline.
• Provide interview guides and buy-in to improve selection.
• Lead TA strategy development and recruitment policy support.
• Collaborate with vendors and agencies to ensure contract compliance.
