Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. The role partners with IT hiring managers to source, screen, and present top candidates, driving a diverse talent pipeline and a seamless candidate experience.

You will mentor teams, lead multi-channel search strategies, support TA policy development, and collaborate with HR partners to ensure competitive offers and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies.
• Experience with recruiting-related HR programs, policies, and applicable laws.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience leading expectations of high-level partners, in HR and business leadership roles.
• Commitment to compliance and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to identify personnel needs, job specs and required skills, and develop tailored TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through multiple channels to build a diverse pipeline.
• Proactively build pipelines for critical roles ahead of postings.
• Lead special projects such as TA systems maintenance or internship programs.
• Market Navitus to attract candidates via social media and job boards.
• Support interview guides and obtain buy-in from managers.
• Contribute to development and refinement of the TA strategy in partnership with HR.
• Coordinate offers with compensation and HR to ensure alignment with practices.
• Serve as liaison with vendors to ensure policy compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
