Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. This role partners with IT hiring managers to source, screen, and present top candidates, building a diverse talent pool and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

You will develop and refine a global TA strategy, mentor teammates, and support HR policies and communications. Strong collaboration with HR and vendors will be essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting in corporate or combined setting.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience leading expectations of high-level partners in HR and business leadership roles.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specs, duties, qualifications, and sources; create TA strategies for each position.
• Source and screen candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Forecast future needs and build pipelines for critical roles in advance of postings.
• Manage special TA projects like systems maintenance or reporting programs.
• Market the organization and EVP to potential candidates.
• Use social media and job boards to build awareness and pipelines.
• Provide interview guides to managers and secure buy-in for their use.
• Support development and adjustment of the organization's talent acquisition strategy.
• Coordinate offers with HR and compensation to ensure alignment with standard practices.
• Liaise with vendors and Navitus leadership to ensure vendor compliance with policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
