Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team. The role partners with IT hiring managers to source, screen, and present top candidates, build a diverse talent pipeline, and mentor on special projects including TA systems and reporting.

You will help develop, implement, and refine recruiting strategy, assist in HR policy development, and ensure an exceptional candidate and manager experience across the organization.

• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specs, duties, qualifications, and skills to create TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources and build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Plan for future needs and build pipelines for critical roles in advance of postings.
• Lead special TA projects like systems maintenance or bespoke reporting.
• Market the organization's mission and values to attract candidates.
• Consult with HR and hiring managers on offers and align with compensation partners when needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies to ensure contract compliance and provide feedback.
