Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to partner with IT hiring managers and create robust, multi-channel sourcing to attract diverse talent.

You will mentor, lead special TA projects, and help develop the organization’s TA strategy while ensuring an exceptional candidate and manager experience. You will source, screen, and present top candidates, align with compensation on offers, and collaborate with vendors to meet contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum 5 years full-life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of recruiting-related HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skill required.
• Experience leading high-level HR and business-partner expectations.

Responsabilités

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specs, duties, qualifications, and sources; develop custom TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through external recruiting sources; build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Plan for future needs and build pipelines of high-quality candidates ahead of postings.
• Participate in special TA projects (systems maintenance, bespoke reporting, internship programs).
• Market the organization with compelling information about mission and EVP to attract candidates.
• Use social media and job boards to raise awareness of Navitus.
• Support managers with interview guides and gather feedback for selection.
• Develop, implement, and review Navitus’ TA strategy regularly.
• Consult with HR and hiring managers for offers; escalate to compensation for alignment with standards.
• Liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure contract compliance and provide feedback.
