Job summary

Affirm is hiring for a senior mobile engineering leader to shape the app infrastructure strategy and drive cross-team technical excellence. You will guide architecture across React Native and Expo, work with product/analytics, and ensure robust monitoring and on-call readiness.

You have 7+ years in mobile development, 4+ with React Native, and a track record delivering major features and large projects. This role is remote-first with optional office work and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and architecting mobile apps.
• 4+ years with React Native and Expo.
• Experience with complex state management and testing/observability.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for your team on a yearly horizon.
• Collaborate with product, design, and analytics for sustainability and risk.
