Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing and architecting mobile apps.
• 4+ years using React Native.
• Proficient in Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience with React Native SDK updates and debugging JS-native boundary.

Responsibilities

• Set technical strategy for the team on a year-long horizon.
• Collaborate across product, design, analytics to ensure sustainability and manage risks.
• Advocate for scalable technical solutions and operational processes.
• Own team operations, monitoring, playbooks, testing, and on-call readiness.
• Set code review and design standards and promote them across teams.
• Mentor and develop team members through feedback and example.
