Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Solutions Engineer to empower customers to unlock Cribl’s potential in real-world deployments. This remote-first role supports customers across the Western US, helping them realize value through technical discovery, workshops, and focused demonstrations.

You will collaborate with sales teams to drive outcomes, delivering compelling technical narratives and guiding buyers through proofs of concept and engagements at scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales Engineering with Logs, Metrics, IT Operations and Security.
• Security industry experience is a bonus.
• Reside in the Western region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Help customers understand the value of Cribl during the sales process.
• Demo the product and answer customer questions during sales calls.
• Support customers during proof steps such as workshops and POVs.
• Document interesting use cases in blog posts.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment, supporting multiple concurrent opportunities and delivering repeatable technical discovery, demonstrations, and solution consultations at scale.
• Occasionally work across time zones beyond standard hours.
