IMS Care Center LLC in Avondale, AZ is seeking a Front Office professional for our Sleep Medicine Clinic. The role focuses on answering calls, scheduling patients, check-in/out, and supporting insurance verification as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft software and scheduling tools. This full-time onsite position includes medical, dental, vision, paid time off and a 401(k) plan.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and organize front office tasks and workflow.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to take initiative, work well with an established team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Computer skills using Microsoft software, scheduling software, and email applications.

Mansioni

• Provide office support to front office staff in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of office flow.
• Check patients in and out
• Receive direct and relay telephone messages
• Efficient patient scheduling
• Maintain and keep an updated scanning/filing system
• Have an understanding of insurance referral processes
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Ability to multi-task and execute delegated duties
