Integrated Medical Services (IMS) in Avondale, AZ, is seeking a friendly Front Office team member for the Sleep Medicine Clinic. This role focuses on phone support, patient check-in/out, scheduling, and courteous patient service to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will handle insurance verifications as needed, maintain organized records, and collaborate with a caring clinical staff. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential in this fast-paced

Competenze

• At least 1 year of customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and organize front office tasks and workflow.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to take initiative, work well with an established team.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Computer skills using Microsoft software, scheduling software, and email applications.

• Provide office support to front office staff in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of office flow.
