Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage physician clinic schedules.
• Greet patients and explain services, payment categories, and billing procedures.
• Handle check-in and check-out, verify demographics, and scan insurance cards.
• Schedule appointments/tests/procedures and collect co-pays.
• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate staff.
• Ensure authorizations and co-pays are in order to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Make reminder calls for upcoming appointments and follow up on no-shows.
• Provide excellent customer service and assistance to patients.
