Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team, focused on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate finance, analytics, planning and HR for clients worldwide.

You will lead or support Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstreams on Workday implementations, craft workplans, manage risks and budgets, and mentor onshore/offshore teams while advancing client relationships and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience, most recently in a Sr. Consultant, or similar level role.
• Minimum 3 years of Workday Time Tracking/Absence Implementations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate’s Degree must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience.
• Workday Partner Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support the Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Create workplans for large complex global engagements, owning risk, budget, resources, client relationship, etc.
• Researching and resolving day to day Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling issues.
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling in Workday.
