Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling Consultant to join our advisory team. This role focuses on cloud-based data-reporting operations that integrate finance, analytics, planning and HR across global engagements.

You will lead and support Workday workstreams, devise workplans, resolve issues, configure time tracking modules, and mentor on/offshore teams while advising clients on best practices.

Qualifications

• Workday Partner Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience at Sr. Consultant level or equivalent.
• 3+ years implementing Workday Time Tracking/Absence.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; if associate, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support Time Tracking/Absence/Scheduling workstream on Workday projects.
• Create workplans for large global engagements; manage risk, budget, resources.
• Research and resolve Workday Time Tracking/Absence issues daily.
• Collaborate with clients on new Time Tracking/Absence requirements.
• Configure Workday based on changing requirements.
• Support regular and special Absence/Time Tracking processes.
• Support legal and regulatory reports in Workday.
• Assist with year-end reporting activities in Workday.
• Manage small on/offshore teams; mentor teammates.
• Advise on industry standards and leading practices.
