Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and ongoing operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the functional area.

You will lead a small team, ensure data integrity, and stay current on system updates while contributing to a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong business-process understanding and ability to translate requirements.
Experience leading a small team including hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative PM methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday systems.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality and issue resolution.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements.
Stay current on system updates and releases.
