Job summary

Guild, headquartered in Denver with flexible remote options, seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the People function.

You will lead a small team, ensure data integrity, and support audits and compliance, while delivering reliable, automated processes and timely system releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of business processes and scalable configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates.
