Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related people systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the functional area.

You will lead a small team, ensure data integrity, and stay current on system updates. The role offers strong growth, a competitive comp package, and remote-friendly adoption across 32 states.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise business systems.
• Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of the Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose and resolve issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on system updates and releases.
