Job summary

Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operations of Workday and related systems. You will ensure data integrity, reliability, and alignment with business processes.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive quality through testing. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, SOC II compliance, and Agile practices, with remote-ready options across the US.

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring and supporting enterprise systems in a functional area.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable gains.
Translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
Experience leading and developing a small team.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Familiarity with Agile or iterative project management.

Responsibilities

Own configuration, administration, and day-to-day Workday operations.
Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues; deliver enhancements.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on updates.
