Guild is seeking a Senior Manager, People Tech to lead the Workday configuration, administration, and integration efforts across its People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure data integrity within the business processes.
The role requires 5–7 years of enterprise systems experience, a track record of leading improvements, and comfort leading a small team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
- Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into configurations.
- Experience leading a small team, including coaching and performance management.
- Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
- Knowledge of Agile or iterative project management methodologies.
Responsabilités
- Own Workday configuration and day-to-day operation, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
- Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
- Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on system updates.
