Guild is seeking a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and operation of Workday and related systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable configurations, and continuously improve processes to ensure data integrity and reliability across the business.

We value experience building and mentoring teams, adherence to SOC II controls, and delivering for audits.

Qualifikationen

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems within a functional area.
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including coaching and performance management.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality, diagnose issues, and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates and releases.
