Job summary

Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure quality through testing.

We value continuous improvement and SOC II compliance, with opportunities to lead a small team, implement automation, and stay current with system updates across a national footprint including remote roles.

Qualifications

5–7 years configuring and administering enterprise systems.
Proven track record leading improvement projects with measurable results.
Strong understanding of business processes and translating requirements.
Experience leading a small team including hiring and coaching.
Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits.
Knowledge of Agile project methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
Design, configure, maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and release improvements.
Gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on updates.
